I strive to offer flexible scheduling to work around class schedules, with both in-person and online sessions available.

Both in-person and online therapy offer the same therapeutic benefits and use similar approaches. The choice often comes down to personal preference, schedule, and convenience.

In-person sessions take place at my Corvallis office and provide a dedicated therapeutic space away from daily distractions. Some clients find it easier to focus and feel more connected in a face-to-face setting.

Online therapy uses a secure video platform and allows clients to participate from their own comfortable, private space. This option works well for those with busy schedules or transportation challenges.

Hybrid approach - Many clients find it helpful to combine both formats, perhaps meeting in-person some weeks and online others, depending on their schedule, weather, or other circumstances.

During our free consultation, we can discuss which option might work best for your individual circumstances and preferences.

My primary approaches include mindfulness-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
