  • If we decide to work together, the initial session focuses on understanding your goals, exploring what brings you to therapy, and beginning to map out a collaborative path forward.

  • Regular therapy sessions provide a consistent space to explore, process, and develop new tools and perspectives. Sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on individual needs and preferences.

  • Therapy is available both in-person at the Corvallis office and online throughout Oregon, with many clients finding a hybrid approach works well for their schedule.
